Ingredients

  • Frogs Legs300g
  • Milk3 Cups
  • Olive Oil1 tablespoon
  • Garlic1/2 tbs
  • Butter2 tablespoons
  • Parsley1 tablespoon
  • SaltPinch
  • PepperPinch

Steps

Prepare

  1. 🥄Let the frog legs soak in the milk in the fridge for an hour (optional).
  2. 🔥Rinse the legs and pat them dry with kitchen paper.

Cook

  1. 🔥Add the olive oil and half of the garlic butter to a large wok or frying pan.

  1. 🧂Place it over high heat until the butter starts to foam.
  2. 🍳Don't let it burn.
  3. 🫇Add the frog legs to the pan.

Cook

  1. 🍳Pan fry them for about 10 minutes until they are golden brown on both sides.

Steps

  1. 🫇Turn the over regularly.

Prepare

  1. 🍽️Add the rest of the garlic butter right in the end together with the freshly chopped parsley.
  2. 🌿Season with a pinch of pepper and salt to taste.

Serve

  1. 🌿Divide the frog legs over plates.

Cook

  1. Serve with grilled bread and a green salad.
