  • Ginger1 tsp
  • Soy Sauce1 tbs
  • Sesame Seed Oil1 tsp
  • finely chopped Carrots3
  • finely chopped Celery3
  • chopped Spring Onions6
  • Wonton Skin1 Packet
  • OilFry
  • WaterBottle

Steps

Prepare

  1. 🥄Combine pork, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and vegetables in a bowl.
  2. 🔥Separate wonton skins.

  1. 🔥Place a heaping teaspoon of filling in the center of the wonton.
  2. 🧂Brush water on 2 borders of the skin, covering 1/4 inch from the edge.
  3. 🍳Fold skin over to form a triangle, sealing edges.
  4. 🫇Pinch the two long outside points together.

Cook

  1. 🧂Heat oil to 450 degrees and fry 4 to 5 at a time until golden.

Serve

  1. 🍳Drain and serve with sauce.
