Cabbage with Ground Beef

Ingredients

- medium Red Pepper1
- Tomato Puree1 tablespoon

- Black Pepper1/2 tbs
- Smoked Paprika1 tsp
- Ground Cumin1/4 tsp
- Cabbage1/2
- Apple Cider Vinegar1 tsp
- Water1 cup
- tbs chopped Parsley2
Steps
Prepare
- 🥄Heat a large skillet or braiser over medium heat on the stovetop.
- 🔥Add the olive oil.

- 🧂Cook the Meat:

- 🧂Add the ground meat to the pan.
- 🍳Use a potato masher or wooden spoon to break it into small pieces.
