Ingredients

  • Chicken Liver1lb
  • Bacon1/2 lb
  • Garlic1 clove
  • large Onion1
  • Ground Mustard2 tsp
  • SaltTo taste
  • PepperTo taste
  • MilkSplash
  • Sherry1 tablespoon

Steps

Prepare

  1. 🥄Clean livers of sinews and gall.
  2. 🔥Put into a fireproof casserole with all other ingredients roughly chopped.
  3. 🧂Season and cover with milk.

Cook

  1. 🔥Put the lid on the casserole and cook in a slow oven (300ºF) for 2 hours.

  1. 🧂Liquidize in a blender.

  1. 🍳Adjust seasoning.
