Ingredients

  • Cheddar Cheese1 lb
  • Feta1 lb
  • beaten Eggs1
  • Cornstarch5 tablespoons

Prepare

  1. 🥄Grate finely and toss together.

  1. 🔥sharp yellow cheese (cheddar or oude boerenkaas)
  2. 🧂1 lb.
  3. 🍳keshi di buriko (or any white cheese such as fromage blanc, queso blanco, ricotto, feta etc.)
  4. 🫇Stir in:
  5. 🍽️6 eggs, beaten
  6. 🌿5 Tbs.
  7. Cornstarch

Prepare

  1. 🧂Shape the mixture into small balls.

Steps

  1. 🍳These may be kept indefinitely in the freezer.

Cook

  1. 🫇Drop the balls into deep, hot fat and fry until golden.

Serve

  1. 🍽️Serve piping hot on toothpicks.
