Runner Bean Mash (Snijbonen Stamppot)

Ingredientes

  • Runner Beans400g
  • Garlic1 clove
  • chopped Onion1
  • Potatoes800g
  • Butter25g
  • Mustard1 tablespoon
  • Milk1 dash
  • Cheese100g
  • Bacon75g
  • SaltPinch

Preparar

  1. 🥄Wash and chop the runner beans.

Cocinar

  1. 🔥Place in a saucepan with salted water and bring to a boil.
  2. 🧂Cook the beans for about 10 minutes or until al dente.

  1. 🍳Meanwhile, add the potatoes and cook until tender.

  1. 🫇Heat a small skillet with a little butter and sauté the onion until translucent.
