Shrimp With Snow Peas

Ingredientes
- Cornstarch2 tsp
- Dry sherry1 tablespoon
- Kosher Salt1/2 tsp
- Shrimp1 lb
- Peanut Oil2 tablespoons
- Ground Ginger1 tablespoon
- cloves Chopped Garlic3
- Snow Peas1/2 lb
- Soy Sauce2 tsp
- Chicken Stock1/4 cup
- Scallions4
- Sesame Seed Oil2 tsp

- 🥄You can also use sugar snap peas for this recipe.
- 🔥Save prep time by prepping the peas, ginger, and garlic while the shrimp is marinating.
- 🧂Marinate the shrimp:
- 🍳Mix all marinade ingredients in a large bowl, then add the shrimp.

- 🧂Let sit for 15 to 20 minutes while you prep the peas, ginger, and garlic.
