  • Allspice2 tsp
  • Shrimp Stock3/4 cup
  • Onion1/4 cup
  • cloves minced Garlic2
  • White Vinegar2 tablespoons
  • sprigs Thyme3
  • SaltTo taste

  1. 🥄In a medium bowl, combine shrimp with minced Scotch Bonnet peppers, all-purpose seasoning, ground annatto, and grounf allspice.
  2. 🔥Toss well to coat evenly and let marinate for 10 minutes.
