Thai fried rice with prawns & peas

Ingredientes

  • Vegetable Oil2 tbsp
  • sliced Red Onions1
  • sliced Garlic Clove2
  • sliced Red Chilli1
  • Raw King Prawns250g
  • Brown Rice140g
  • Frozen Peas75g
  • Soy Sauce1 tablespoon
  • Fish Sauce1 tablespoon
  • CorianderBunch
  • large Egg4
  • HotsauceTo serve

Cocinar

  1. 🔥Heat 1 tbsp of the oil in a wok, add the onion, garlic and chilli, and cook for 2-3 mins until golden.
  2. 🧂Add the prawns and cook for 1 min.

  1. 🧂Tip in the rice and peas, and keep tossing until very hot.

  1. 🍳Add the soy and fish sauce, then stir through the chopped coriander.

Cocinar

  1. 🫇Keep warm while you fry the eggs.

  1. 🌿Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan and fry the eggs with some seasoning.
  2. Divide the fried rice mix between 4 bowls and top each with a fried egg.

Servir

  1. Serve scattered with coriander, with chilli sauce, if you like.
