Ingredientes

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil4 tablespoons

  • Diced Celery1
  • Thyme3
  • Bay Leaves2

  • Chorizo200g
  • Cinnamon1/4 tsp
  • Paprika1 teaspoon
  • Chickpeas800g
  • tblsp Sherry vinegar2
  • Spinach400g

  1. 🔥Heat the oil in a large pan, then gently fry the onion for 3-4 mins until it begins to soften.

  1. 🧂Stir in the carrot, celery, thyme and bay leaves.

  1. 🍳Season, then cook for 2-3 mins, stirring occasionally.
