Ingredients

  • Potatoes4 cups
  • Butter60ml
  • Milk½ cup
  • Minced Beef450g
  • finely chopped Onion1
  • Creamed Corn500ml
  • Paprikato taste
  • Parsleyto taste

  • PepperDash

Steps

Cook

  1. 🥄In a large pot of salted water, cook the potatoes until they are very tender.

  1. 🧂With a masher, coarsely crush the potatoes with at least 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of butter.

  1. 🍳With an electric mixer, purée with the milk.
  2. 🫇Season with salt and pepper.
