Garides Saganaki

  • Raw king prawns500g
  • Olive oil3 tablespoons
  • Chopped onion1
  • Freshly chopped parsleypinch
  • White wine250ml
  • (400g) tin Chopped tomatoes1
  • Minced garlic1/2 teaspoon
  • (200g) pack Cubed Feta cheese1

  1. 🥄Place the prawns in a pot and add enough water to cover.

  2. 🍳Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan.

  1. 🍽️Simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 30 minutes, or until the sauce is thickened.
  2. 🌿While the sauce is simmering, the prawns should become cool enough to handle.

  2. When the sauce has thickened, stir in the prawns.
